Asti d'Italia - The Faces

Asti d’Italia’s chef , and Charlie’s business partner is the very talented, and locally raised, Greg Keesy. Charlie and Greg have been working together since 2001 in several of Boulder’s favorite dining venues. Beginning at The Chautauqua Dining Hall in 1999, Greg trained under local Chef Bradford Heap, and eventually took over as executive chef for The Full Moon Grill and subsequently ALBA Ristorante. A graduate of Colorado’s Cooking School the Rockies, Greg has been executing perfection in the kitchen for ten years. The style has been passed down by Italian generations over the centuries, “Good quality ingredients prepared simply to let the natural flavors please the senses.”
